At Fazal Sons, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products (unless defective)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable goods
Return Process

- Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Send the product back to our address (provided upon approval). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item.
- Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we will process a refund (original payment method) or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
